Terms and Conditions for Hypnotherapy and RTT Treatment

Session Preparation and Conduct

  1. No alcohol or non-prescription drugs are to be consumed before an RTT session.

  2. All sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise agreed upon.

  3. First-time clients must complete, sign, and return consent forms 72h prior to their RTT session.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

  1. All payments are to be made in advance.

  2. Appointments not cancelled with 48 hours notice will be charged in full.

  3. No refunds will be given once the Therapy Plan commences.

Treatment Information

  • Hayet Shahrezaey offers hypnotherapy using the unique Marisa Peer Method.

  • Treatment may require one to three sessions, depending on the issue.

  • Hypnosis is a natural, safe, and relaxing process. Clients remain conscious and in control throughout.

  • During hypnosis, clients may be regressed to childhood or older memories to identify root causes of issues.

  • Success is not guaranteed and depends on the client's willingness and motivation to change.

Medical Disclaimer

  • Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

  • Clients under medical care should not adjust prescribed medication without their doctor's approval.

  • Epileptics and those diagnosed with psychotic illnesses are generally advised against undergoing hypnosis.

 

Confidentiality and GDPR Compliance

  • All session information is strictly confidential and stored in accordance with GDPR.

  • Clients must sign a consent form allowing audio recordings and granting copyright to Hayet Shahrezaey.

  • Consent is required for physical contact during in person sessions (e.g., arm lifting, shoulder touching).

  • Information may be released if a child or elder is at risk of abuse, or if the client poses a danger to themselves or others.

Liability and Risks

  • Clients undergo hypnosis and Rapid Transformation Therapy at their own risk.

  • Hayet Shahrezaey is released from liability concerning mental or physical well-being during or after treatment.

Data Protection and Marketing

  • Client names and email addresses will be stored for updates and promotional events.

  • Personal information will not be shared with third parties.

  • Clients must consent to receive promotional emails in compliance with GDPR.
