Terms and Conditions for Hypnotherapy and RTT Treatment

Hayet Shahrezaey offers hypnotherapy using the unique Marisa Peer Method.
Depending on the issue, it may require one to two sessions, very occasionally three.
Hypnosis is entirely natural, safe and relaxing. You will remain conscious and in complete control throughout.
 
In hypnosis, the client is regressed back to childhood (and/or) older memories to help discover the root cause of the issue. Then the client and Hayet will work together in hypnosis to get understanding of where the belief/behavior originated, with the view to change it.
 
Please note that hypnosis alone is no guarantee of success. The client needs to want the change and be open and motivated to change, via the use of hypnosis.
 
The information, techniques, methods, recommendations by Hayet Shahrezaey are not intended to substitute for the diagnosis and care by a qualified physician/GP, nor to encourage the treatment of illness by persons not recognisably qualified. If you use hypnosis and are under medical care for ANY condition, do not make ANY adjustments to ANY prescribed medication without the approval of your doctor. If in any doubt you should seek your GP’s advice.
 
All information given during the session is strictly confidential and will be stored in accordance with GDPR.

Prior to your RTT session you will need to sign the consent  form which states that you give Hayet Shahrezaey full permission to make audio recordings that may include your voice and you understand that if a recording is made during or after your session(s), Hayet Shahrezaey holds full copyright over any forms of media that may be produced and distributed to you.
 
--Also mentioned that you give  permission to Hayet Shahrezaey to respectfully lift your arm, touch your shoulder, or rock your head during the course of your hypnotherapy session(s) in order to facilitate the deepening process.
 
--You will as well consent that Hayet Shahrezaey may release information to a specified individual or agency if it has been determined that a child or elder is at risk of or is currently being abused; or if you, as a client, may be eminent danger to others or yourself.
 
--You also give Hayet Shahrezaey full permission to hypnotise you and to use Rapid Transformation Hypnotherapy in the knowledge that you do so at your own risk.
 
--You accept that while RTT has a high success rate, Hayet Shahrezaey does not guarantee any results and the success of the session(s) depends greatly on your own ability and desire to affect change. you release Hayet Shahrezaey from any liability or claims concerning your mental and/or physical well being during or following the treatment that as been outlined and agreed upon by filling out the consent form.
 
Caution: Epileptics are generally advised not to enter hypnosis, or anyone diagnosed as having psychotic illness.
