Are you your thoughts?
Paying attention to what you are thinking is vital at all times, because you are not your thoughts, your thoughts are created by these tinny group of cells which are just the size of a little peanut sitting on the left hemisphere of your brain, why do you let that little peanut rule your life?
Once you start to pay attention and recognize that they are just a group of cells that are designed to tell stories, so you can feel safe in the external world, you can become their master.
Ask yourself are your thoughts creating the life you truly want and desire? or are they justifying your feelings about what you are thinking?
